| Fri, Feb 26th, 2010 12:53:00 am -
Upon the fire crew returning from the Med Local, fire police were called to the scene of several motor vehicle accidents without injuries in the area between Palmyra and Campbelltown. Chief 1 was in the area and advised county there was at least two vehicles that had swerved off the road due to the extreme sudden snow drifting. Engine 1-1 went en route to meet up with the Chief and crew on the Utility coming back from the med local. Stranded motorists were then shoveled out and sent on their way as fire police closed down the road while waiting for Penn Dot. Crews returned to station to thaw out and start shoveling the ramp. |
